Terms and Conditions

The Challenge promotional period runs from 1st May 2008 until 31st October 2008
Open to all SME businesses in Scotland, Carlisle and Kendal
Subject to credit approval
A business must have at least 1 x photocopier or multifunctional device and 2 x colour desktop printers to enter the challenge
Existing Danwood customers must have at least 1 x photocopier or multifunctional device and 2 x colour desktop printers that are not under contract or supplied by Danwood to qualify
Customers must sign an agreement form stating current print costs to qualify
Customers must sign an agreement form accepting the savings highlighted by Danwood
If the savings are proven and the recommended changes not implemented, the TV is not payable as an alternative
Settlement of existing agreements are not included in the Challenge
A 5 year service contract or TVP must be included in recommendation
The Danwood Group reserves the right to amend the programme throughout its duration, including products, targets and monetary values allocated
Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer
The decision of the Danwood Group is final in the case of any dispute
The Danwood Group reserves the right to withdraw this programme at any stage without notice
